I especially love their range of salsas as it did not disappoint. I love spicy and they had salsa variations from from mild through sweet and spicy pineapple habanero and bitter spicy tamarind habanero. Can't wait to come again. ”

“ 07/15/2022 It was OK. Stationary food truck in a large grassy parking lot. The owners were pleasant. I ordered a Carne Asada Burrito for $7. It came with meat, lots of refried beans, chopped onion, and cheese all mixed together. I don't think there was rice or anything else in there. If you're looking for a big cheap burrito this is your place. Outdoor dining tent. ”

“ Good burrito. Great prices. Amazing salsa options. Friendly lady running the place, I assume it's Rosa herself. I've been to almost every taco truck, taquaria, or Mexican food cart on Lancaster and hands down this place has the most unique salsa offerings. All tasted and looked home made and not just the standard red and green. Dark green was hot with real chili pepper flavor, as in you could tell it was made from real whole chili's. Light green was sweet and mild. Orange Mango salsa was sweet and so good, i'd have used the whole bottle if I had it. I'll be back for sure. ”

Look at the photos. There is a smokey aspect to the cooking here which I love. In my quest to have every street taco in salem, this is either #1 or #2 hands down. ”
